GATEWAY UNIVERSITY’S OPERATIONAL VISION

The Founding Operational Team of Gateway University will be operational leaders who will lead and grow a world-class school organization. As a pioneer in innovative education, Gateway University was founded to offer distinctive, world-class school choices to families and staff members, who desire a high-quality education delivered in a state of the art, high-tech and high touch environment. Schools need a framework and support for their day-to-day management and operations to be effective and successful. Our school management and operations team with their wealth of experience and expertise enables our school to focus on our primary goal: to create a learning environment where students and staff thrive.

FOUNDING DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (DO)

Director of Operations (DO).  As a founding member of Gateway’s leadership team, The DO oversees the operational domain of the school, from vendor and contractor relationships to facility operations to enrollment and parent communication, as well as managing and maximizing the impact of the full Operations team. Our ideal candidate has proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter with strong attention to detail. In addition, our DO must be a self-directed problem solver, enjoy being part of a collaborative team and thrive in finding solutions to complex operational issues. This is a unique opportunity for a highly-organized strategic thinker who enjoys planning for and executing operations that will positively impact a growing educational organization.

FOUNDING BUSINESS & OFFICE MANAGER (BOM)

Gateway University is seeking a mission-driven, founding Business & Office Manager (BOM) . As a founding member of Gateway’s team, the BOM is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency at Gateway University. They will be the key liaison between students, enrollees, families, visitors, staff, and community partners.  The BOM position is unique, primarily because of the range of activities handled.The Business & Office Manager is  the Schools Chief Relationship Officer, as the First Face of the school.
